60 minutes
Is great for an introduction to treatment or as routine maintenance, aiming to discover and recover your abilities and condition. Ensuring confidence in the healing process. Some people are more ‘in-tune’ to their bodies than others, and can react quicker to making new conscious movement, while others may need more practice and reminders before they feel comfortable and confident enough to be unassisted.
Pre Natal Massage Care workshop
Learn professional techniques in a guided workshop for expecting couples, instructing the father how to massage the mother during pregnancy. Available to book for individual couples, and also in groups.
90 minutes
Gives the body and mind more time to understand and ‘tune-in’ to what is required to start healing. The body does not react quickly when unsure or shielded. To effectively ‘reset’ the body/mind, the concept of time should not interfere. It takes patience to allow yourself to completely let go, sink your body into the massage table and feel the layers of tissue start to free themselves.
Chronic pain patients (and also those with little or no pain) can benefit greatly by learning only how to pay more attention to their breathing.

When preparing for your rehabilitation, it’s essential to stay proactive and committed to your goals. While having a set appointment date can be a strong motivator for many, helping to focus your efforts and stay on track, it’s important to be aware of potential pitfalls.
For some, knowing a treatment date might lead to complacency or the temptation to delay necessary preparations until the appointment approaches. This lapse in effort could increase the risk of errors or setbacks. Additionally, there may be times when a next appointment date isn’t immediately set, making it crucial to maintain consistent effort and not rely solely on future appointments as a motivator.
To make the most of your preparation period, stay engaged and consistent with your efforts throughout, rather than depending on appointment dates. Regularly assess your progress and make any needed adjustments to ensure you’re fully prepared for your rehabilitation.
