Next appointment ?
For some, knowing a treatment date might lead to complacency or the temptation to delay necessary preparations until the appointment approaches. This lapse in effort could increase the risk of errors or setbacks. Additionally, there may be times when a next appointment date isn't immediately set, making it crucial to maintain consistent effort and not rely solely on future appointments as a motivator.

When preparing for your rehabilitation, it’s essential to stay proactive and committed to your goals. While having a set appointment date can be a strong motivator for many, helping to focus your efforts and stay on track, it’s important to be aware of potential pitfalls.
